PriceList.MD is an informational price comparison platform. The service operator is a natural person — the project owner. The Operator is not the seller of displayed products and does not conclude sales contracts on behalf of users.
Information (prices, availability, images, descriptions) comes from third-party sources and automated update processes. We strive to keep data current but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability.
3. User Account
- you must provide accurate information at registration and keep credentials confidential;
- you are responsible for all activity under your account;
- we may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service in ways that:
- violate law or third-party rights;
- involve unauthorised access, attacks, aggressive scraping, or excessive load on infrastructure;
- distribute malware, spam, or illegal content;
- circumvent security or anti-bot verification;
- mass-reproduce site content without the Operator’s written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, logo, database structure, original texts, and brand elements of PriceList.MD are protected by copyright and trademark law. Product marks and images belong to their respective owners.
Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Any commercial use or copying of content requires prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links and Offers
When you follow our redirect link to a partner store, you enter into a relationship directly with that store. The Operator does not control third-party policies, final prices, delivery, or warranties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchase decisions are your sole responsibility; verify information on the seller’s website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, by competent courts in the Republic of Moldova unless otherwise required by law.
